I offer personalized yoga sessions for all levels, designed to support your practice in a small group or one-on-one setting. Each session incorporates a holistic approach, combining movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Class Offerings:
Weekly Yoga Asana Classes – 1.5 hours
Restorative Yoga Asana Classes – 1.5 hours
Meditation & Pranayama Sessions – 1 to 1.15 hours
including additional yogic practices for self-awareness and deep relaxation
Each yoga session follows a structured flow, beginning with a short meditation, followed by asana (postures), restorative asana, pranayama (breathwork), and concluding with a final relaxation.
All classes are accessible to practitioners of all levels, whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice. Modifications and personalized guidance are provided to ensure a supportive and enriching experience.
Classes are available online via Zoom or in person at a private yoga studio in Florence, Italy.
